The objectives of the scheme are to promote the emergence of pioneering industries, innovative sectors and first aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-3232\"><p>Incentives are negotiable with the EDB, assessed by a Technical and approved by the Minister of Finance and may include:<\/p><p>1. rebates, exemptions and preferential rates, in relation to taxes, duties, fees, charges and levies under any enactment;<\/p><p>2. facilities, grants and exemptions in relation to:<br \/>i. land and buildings,<br \/>ii. infrastructure and public facilities,<br \/>iii. utilities; and<br \/>iv. labour requirements, including foreign labour<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
