Voici un aper\u00e7u du processus d\u2019approvisionnement de l\u2019EDB :<\/p><ol><li><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Identifier les besoins en mati\u00e8re d'approvisionnement :<\/strong> L'EDB identifie ses besoins en mati\u00e8re d'approvisionnement sur la base de son plan strat\u00e9gique et de ses exigences op\u00e9rationnelles. Il peut s'agir de fournitures de bureau, d'\u00e9quipements et de services tels que la formation et le conseil.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9parer les documents d\u2019approvisionnement:<\/strong> L'EDB pr\u00e9pare des documents de passation de march\u00e9s tels que des demandes de devis (RFQ), des demandes de propositions (RFP) ou des invitations \u00e0 soumissionner (ITB), en fonction de la nature et de la valeur de la passation de march\u00e9s.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Mener la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019approvisionnement<\/strong> L'EDB invite les fournisseurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre leurs offres ou propositions. La proc\u00e9dure de passation des march\u00e9s peut comprendre la pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection des fournisseurs, l'\u00e9valuation des offres\/propositions, les n\u00e9gociations et l'attribution des contrats.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Gestion des contrats :<\/strong> Une fois le contrat attribu\u00e9, l'EDB surveille les performances du fournisseur pour s'assurer qu'il respecte les termes et conditions du contrat. Il peut s'agir de contr\u00f4ler les d\u00e9lais de livraison, la qualit\u00e9 des biens\/services et le respect des \u00e9tapes et du calendrier du projet.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Conservation des archives :<\/strong> L'EDB tient des registres de toutes les activit\u00e9s de passation de march\u00e9s, y compris les plans de passation de march\u00e9s, les appels d'offres, les demandes de propositions et les appels d'offres, les rapports d'\u00e9valuation des offres, les contrats et les registres de paiement.<\/li><\/ol><p>Il est important de noter que le processus de passation de march\u00e9s de l'EDB est guid\u00e9 par la loi mauricienne sur les march\u00e9s publics, qui fournit un cadre pour des pratiques de passation de march\u00e9s \u00e9quitables, transparentes et concurrentielles. L'EDB suit les principes d'\u00e9quit\u00e9, de transparence et de responsabilit\u00e9 dans toutes ses activit\u00e9s de passation de march\u00e9s, afin de garantir une utilisation efficace et
