Les licences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la construction, telles que le permis de construire et d'utilisation des terres, le permis de morcellement, l'\u00e9valuation de l'impact sur l'environnement et le permis de conversion des terres, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prioritaires au cours de la premi\u00e8re phase de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces succ\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9risation ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que Maurice obtienne d'excellents r\u00e9sultats dans le rapport Doing Business de la Banque mondiale, dont la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2019. Maurice a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e 13e parmi 190 \u00e9conomies en termes de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire des affaires, et plus particuli\u00e8rement en ce qui concerne les permis de construire, o\u00f9 Maurice est d\u00e9sormais class\u00e9e 8e au niveau mondial.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">A ce jour :<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li>Plus de 60 000 demandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ues sur la plateforme ;<\/li><li>En moyenne, 500 nouveaux utilisateurs professionnels (publics) s'inscrivent sur la plateforme et, \u00e0 ce jour, plus de 18 000 utilisateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plus important encore, l'utilit\u00e9 et le potentiel du NELS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode de confinement. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s le 25 juillet 2019 et les recommandations pour la rationalisation des licences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s et promulgu\u00e9es par le Business Facilitations (Misc. Provisions) Act 2020 (loi sur les facilit\u00e9s commerciales (dispositions diverses)).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La rationalisation a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e dans l'esprit de l'automatisation prochaine du syst\u00e8me national de licences \u00e9lectroniques (NELS).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
